They say hunger is the best sauce.

If so, interest would be the best sauce for books, that is, the best source of motivation for reading. As I've spent a handsome amount of time on English reading exercise, I feel this all the more intensely.

I lavishly skip passages after passages, paragraphs after paragraphs, and even a chapter of a book if I find it not so appealing to my interest. Hours of a day are limited; and thus hours of a day which can be spent for reading are limited... Now I think I know this.
