I think I'm not a beginner of English. But still too often I encounter English sentences which are hard to make sense of. But in most cases, probably what those sentences are to say seem to be what I can understand if it were told in Japanese.

This thing means that English is not so easy to be proficient in. I think I must have spent a rather considerable amount of time studying English so far. Nevertheless, reading English is still this hard!

This hardness seems to me that it strongly proves that proficiency in English can make one profession. Probably you cannot master English without studying it seriously.
